Work Environment: 

  • Temperature controlled office, upstairs and lower level. 

 

Pay and Hours of work:

  • Part-time, 20-30 hours a week during day-time office hours, 2-4 days a week. Ability to grow into full-time hours but not guaranteed.

The Office Manager’s role is to ensure efficient operation of the headquarter location in Cabot, PA. The role will be required to coordinate deliveries of all completed products to customers while providing superb service and overseeing the Shipping Specialist. The office manager is also responsible for completing general administrative tasks along with accounting and bookkeeping duties.

Job Duties: 

Complete the following duties including but not limited to:

Delivery and Customer Service

  • Coordinate the delivery of completed products to our customers with direct contact
  • Project the delivery experience for our customers in a professional and positive manner
    • Monitor the progress from software and reporting, follow up as necessary

Office and Administrative

  • Receptionist duties including answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting customers

  • Review and input orders into the production system 
  • Order and receive materials and supplies
    • Follow up as necessary with vendors
  • Update products on the online store 

Accounting and Bookkeeping 

  • Process payments, create invoices, process orders

Management

  • Oversee Shipping Specialist for inspections, packaging, and deliveries 
    • Verify all actions meet established checks and processes 

Operations and Support

  • Manage general facilities support such as cleaning, utilities, maintenance 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
  • Assist with Business functions on reporting for sales and production

  • 5 years or more of general administrative or similar experience

Work Environment:

Machine Operator - Fort Wayne IN

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Machine Operator.

The Machine Operator will work directly with the Production Coordinator along with the small team of Machinists and other Machine Operators.

Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Complete the following duties including but not limited to:

  • With instruction, operate multi-axis CNC machines, automatic hydraulic grinders, wire and sinker EDM.
  • Perform operator level parts inspection for all parts at various stages of the machining process.
  • Maintain jobs across multiple assigned machines to ensure work orders are completed to meet the needs of business and reduce machine inefficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
  • Perform changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor production equipment including the overall machine and tool performance throughout shift to eliminate accidents and reduce defective parts, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
  • Assist with routine maintenance.
  • Work with Production Helpers to stage appropriate materials for upcoming work orders listed in the digital work order system.
  • Communicate effectively with team members when there is room for improvement whether it be process or individual performance related.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist in ensuring the company maintain compliance with State and Federal (ATF) regulations.
  • Openly share constructive feedback and be willing to receive similar feedback.
  • Ensure assigned work area and all equipment is treated with respect and well maintained.

The Gunsmith Technicians in Fort Wayne, IN will directly work as part of the team including Gunsmiths with up to 30 years’ experience! The Gunsmith Technician in Cabot, PA will work with a small team and must possess leadership qualities.

Gunsmith Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Complete the following duties including but not limited to:

  • Assist Gunsmith Team and company to ensure compliance with all State and Federal (ATF) regulations
  • Work in a manner that always ensures safety
  • Hand assemble and customize pistols according to customer needs and specifications
  • Part preparation including removal of machining marks, finishing, fitting, testing, and blending with the use of hand tools and machines such as grinders
  • Metal polishing / hand polishing
  • Application of coatings and finishes
  • Clean, repair, fabricate and disassemble pistols
  • Assist in servicing of pistols including cleaning
  • Testing of Firearms
  • Report to production any issues detected that are attributed to the assembly process
  • Work efficiently with all departments to ensure production goals are met and customer orders are completed on time
  • Complete documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Conduct as directed equipment maintenance, cleaning, facility maintenance and all other production tasks

  • Ability to work on lathe machine, milling machine and Bridgeport’s preferred
  • Gunsmith Technician in Cabot, PA- desired experience includes 5+ years of Gunsmithing
